Canada:
Free, Easy, No Hassle Returns and Exchanges, within 60 days of receiving your order. Exchange or return your Re-Scrubs items if you are not fully satisfied. Merchandise should be unworn, with tags still attached. Some exceptions apply. Please inspect the merchandise as soon as it arrives to ensure this is what you ordered, or if any defects. Please notify customer support immediately if this is the case.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please email us at wecare@re-scrubs.com, and we will send you a prepaid shipping label and shipping instructions. We will require your original order # in this email.
As soon as we receive the product, we will send out a replacement product, provide store credit or refund you in full. We will pay for the cost of your return ( if within Canada) , and there is no restocking fee. If you have further questions, please email us at wecare@re-scrubs.com

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment used for the original transaction. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing timelines. This can vary greatly between credit card issuers.
For orders under $ 75.00, we ship via Canada Post Expedited Service for a flat fee of $ 5.00 regardless of Province.
Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.

When you sign up for the first time to our mailing list, and /or place your first order, you will receive a 15 % Welcome discount. Your order will be shipped via Fedex International Economy, and a flat rate of $ 23.00 CDN will apply , which will be calculated at checkout. Delivery will take between 2 -7 business days.
After this first order, the same flat rate /delivery time will apply.
We ship to all U.S. States , Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Guam, U.S P.O Boxes, and APO /FPO /DPO addresses.
